  • Student Orientation:

    The Student Affairs Department is responsible on facilitating orientation program for newly admitted / transfer students in order for them to learn more about the student rights, privileges, rules and regulations in King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences.

  • Student Concerns:

    The Student Affairs Department serves as a primary contact for Students under College of Medicine – Jeddah in handling all types of concerns (academic & non-academic) raised by them, and we always strive to ensure that their issues will be resolved accordingly in a timely manner.

  • Educational Support:

    The Student Affairs Department is providing full support on students’ educational activities and examinations such as:

    • Student Attendance
    • Faculty Attendance
    • Student Assesment
    • Educational Venues
  • Extracurricular Activities:

    The Student Affairs Department provides the logistic support & administrative requirements for students extracurricular activities sponsored by College of Medicine – Jeddah or within the University. The following are the services we are providing:

    • Preparing and Monitoring the Activity Budget
    • Arranging Activity Venues
    • Coordination with Information Technology Department
    • Coordination with Public Relations Department for the Announcement
    • Coordination with Security and Safety Department
    • Activity Items Inventory
    • Closing of Activity Budget
