The Department of Medical Education (DME) is one of the constituent academic departments of College of Medicine – Jeddah, KSAU-HS which integral part is to oversee the process of medical education, and provide many educational services to support, evaluate, and implement the developed policies and procedures in line with the vision and mission of the college.

The Department of Medical Education (DME) is composed of several units namely: Curriculum, Evaluation, Faculty Enhancement, Masters of Medical Education Units, PBL Support Unit and OSCE Support Unit with corresponding duty for the attainment of its goal. The general roles of these units revolve on areas of curriculum development; student and faculty personal and professional advancement, and produce qualified medical educators.
