College Administrative Affairs
COLLEGE ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS
The department supervises all administrative non-academic affairs. As an operational unit it governs all of the following:
- College Human Resources Department
- All College of Medicine Tenders and Purchase Orders
- College Maintenance Service
- College Fire and Safety
- Administrative Communications (with a corresponding department within the NGHA)
- Department of Transportation
- College Administrative Governance
It oversees all administrative non-academic processes performed by the college. It also supervises the Human Resource Department, including the screening and recruitment of academic and non-academic staff, and safe keeping all staff records.
Similarly, it is concerned with college bylaws. It oversees the college purchases, requests and finance.
The unit is responsible for all building maintenance, security and safety as well.
