ADMISSION, REGISTRATION and STUDENT AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT

The department has two major roles in assisting students throughout their academic careers at the university. First, it conducts the admission and registration process before the beginning of the academic year. Second, it organizes an assortment of activities during the year to enhance the student life.

This is one of the most important departments in the college, as it is the doorway to the university. It is responsible for introducing prospective students to the colleges, their systems, and their rules and regulations. It serves to educate students about registration, examinations, vacation days, and prepares records and students’ overall results. Furthermore, it issues graduation certificates, ID cards, and academic calendars, as well as organizing competitions in extracurricular activities and supervising all that relates to graduation ceremonies.

Furthermore, the department aims to augment the university experience by organizing various activities, which help our students become well rounded individuals. These vary from sports and entertainment to developmental and religious activities. They are carefully planned with the students’ involvement to get the most out of them.

In addition to the roles mentioned earlier, the department also assists the students by providing them with all necessary documents that they may need. Also, the department is responsible for distributing meal discount coupons that entitle the student to a 50% discount on both the breakfast and lunch supplied at the college cafeteria.
